How To Join The Jumping Cats Team

As a new, small and independent publisher, Jumping Cats is focused on assembling the “right” team for each project, rather than on hiring a permanent staff. By doing so, we can bring specific talents to specific projects and ensure greater likelihood of success.

A small core of leadership at Jumping Cats is augmented with part-time, freelance and subcontracted talent. Jim Van Laan, as Publisher and Managing Editor, and Virginia Sue Sinclair, as Authors’ Services Coordinator, recruit and coordinate the talents of a select pool of resources to match a project’s needs with the skills, knowledge and experience to bring the project to a successful completion.
